We provide consulting services in organizational structure review and design, business process improvement, strategic planning, performance measurement, finance, human resources, and information technology management. More specifically, we help our clients improve their processes and systems, prepare business cases and investment plans, design appropriate organizational structures to successfully deliver their programs and projects, and measure, manage, and improve their performance.
Jean-Francois Nadeau is the president of the firm and has delivered more than one hundred consulting projects for executives and senior management in public and private organizations of all sizes across Canada.
Our experienced team of consultants all have past experience working with one of the largest professional services firms in Canada and have consulted to executives in many organizations.

JF has over 20 years of experience as a management consultant, project manager, and owner of a management consulting firm.
He has delivered over 100 consulting projects for senior management and executives in a wide range of organizations of all sizes including municipal, provincial and federal government departments and agencies, private companies, publicly traded companies, and not-for profit organizations. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, business process reviews, organization structure reviews, corporate services reviews, and business process and profit margin improvement.
